Most animals have strong senses of smell or hearing, but we humans are blessed with impeccable sight. Our eyes have a very special architecture that allows us to absorb more information than most other creatures. This print explains that architecture in the simplest and most beautiful way possible.
Some things I learned along the way:
The "Zonules" (Also called suspensory ligaments) that attach to the lens inevitably degrade over time. That's why literally everyone over the age of 70 has a hard time reading up-close.
